An individuals employ-ability mainly depends on the knowledge, skills and abilities they have. It also depends on the way they use all the three to solve problems and tackle situations. Apart from this, the individual should be able help in the organizations growth.

All recruiting companies are looking for job ready candidates, who have very little or no skill-gap. The companies expect both good technical as well as inter-personal qualities in the job aspirants. In normal scenarios while recruiting fresh graduates, companies expect skill-gap. However they require candidates to have a good grasp on the basic fundamentals of technologies and good communication skills. The companies take the responsibility to train the selected fresh-graduates to up their skills and reduce the skill-gaps.

From our experience, our advice to all job aspirants is to first be strong on the basics. Secondly, work on improving on job skills in addition to academics. Thirdly, improve your communication skills and be confident in your self.. Last but not least, always remain a student and be curious about everything..

If you keep these in mind and work accordingly, it will surely differentiate you from other job aspirants.. It will surely make you more employable..
