Job Description 

·         The IT Infrastructure operations professional is expected to have expert knowledge on network passive cabling / components and basic knowledge on network devices as network switches, routers, firewalls etc.

·         Must also have good knowledge on Microsoft Windows platforms.

·         Responsible for managing IT support operations, troubleshooting infrastructure & technical issues, maintaining systems, inventory, and implementing technology upgrades.

·         Ensure that IT Infra setup environmental equipment is functioning properly.

·         DataCenter maintenance = implement processes and procedures for the application and functional server operations of data centers to include support of server performance, systems security, application operations, and performance data center resource planning and performance monitoring center operations experience that includes business continuity, capacity planning and forecasting, and disaster recovery.

·         Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule / budgets, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project to the client

·         Preparing project progress planning & scheduling, and monitoring of day to day project status.

·         Datacenter Energy Efficiency Assessment and Thermal Analysis for High Density Computing

·         Knowledge on power , energy and HVAC systems will be added advantage

·         Certifications = Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or Certified Data Center Specialist (CDCS)

·         Manage , work with IT professionals locally or across location.

·         Having knowledge of IT Facility Management experience and ITIL processes is added advantage.

Experience:7 to 12 years.
